Beautiful House & Great Stay

We stayed her on our annual trip to avoid fireworks. The house was clean and very nice. My only complaint is the rather late check in time (5 or 5:30pm) and the early check out time (10am).

We understand the 10 am check-out time can feel a bit early, but are a bit confused about the late check-in time you’ve noted, as our check-in time for our rentals is 4:30 p.m. on the day of arrival. Regardless, we appreciate the feedback about making check-in earlier and check-out later so our guests can enjoy the home longer and will work hard to find solutions so that in the future we may be able to provide this. Thank you again for choosing us to host you! We hope to welcome you back the next time you plan a relaxing Sunriver escape.

The house was really nice and close to the Cottonwood store. Kitchen supplies were adequate, but only a few spices were there. It was nice having a fenced deck for our dogs. The ping pong table in the garage was a plus. I would recommend people take their own bikes unless they like cruisers.

Small reunion

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great. Very comfortable. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. The shower in the main bathroom has beautiful and very unique tiles. We loved:it. Large deck. The pictures were very accurate. My brother rented a house from another company and was very disappointed. He kept commenting on how nice our place was.
