The host could not have been more prompt with messages. Very good communicator. The house is clean with beautiful paneling throughout. Very unique home. The kitchen met all of our needs. The neighborhood was beautiful and friendly. Privacy and quiet. The hot tub was welcomed and hot and clean, enjoyed an outdoor shower next to it. The house was steps away from a redwood forest with amazing trails. I would not recommend the house for seniors as the showers are a deep step down and slippery. It would be nice to have at least two bath towels per person when staying a few nights.

Good little mid-week getaway!

Six adults, 3-day mid-week getaway, this house was nearly perfect. Clean, large, nicely appointed, and hosts were responsive and helpful. A couple of caveats: no barbecue, showers were very deep drop-down (yes, we were warned, but they were really deep!). Also, there were no instructions for the tv -- it was unplugged and remote was in another room. Overall there were odd remotes here and there with no instructions. None of this spoiled our trip -- the house and outside area were lovely, convenient, super-clean. We would stay there again.

The property was fine but nothing special. Kind of pricey for 3 couples. Spacious living areas but not particularly warm and inviting. The third bathroom is off the kitchen…not near the bedrooms. Therefore 2 of the smaller bedrooms share one small bathroom. Only one hand towel, shower towel and washcloth per/person for 3 nights. No beach towels or extra amenities. The kitchen was ok but no extra spices or cooking oils etc…The back deck/porch was big but the furniture could use sprucing up as the cushions were worn and dirty. On the plus side we were given early entrance which was nice and made our travel to the area easier. The hot tub was clean and hot!

Only 1 TV that we were unable to access using your password etc. I had to purchase Netflix to watch TV. (Would like reimbursement of 8.99)No towels for hot tub usePillows were great. No barbeque equipment Every thing else was great. Business friendly.

Everything was perfect, EXCEPT: the silverware was sparse, the worst being dinner forks (5 of us were known to be coming, and there were only 4 dinner forks. Also, the provided coffee filters were the wrong size for the coffee maker.
