Great location: small, quiet street 6 blocks to the beach, 5 blocks to Main Street/ Promenade restaurants and shops, metro station. Sunny and bright with private bathroom, kitchen, living room. Kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, other condiments. Bathroom has towels, shampoo, soap, other supplies and a hair dryer. No A/C in the apartment (it has a ceiling fan), and it's almost always below 70 F here in Santa Monica. Check in any time after 3pm, but usually available earlier. Self check in with door code. Easy street parking with private permit.

I love that I can bike or walk anywhere I want to go. And I love the public transportation here. Plus, living right next to the beach is wonderful.
