It's walking distance or less than a minute drive to the Uncompahgre River. You can take a hike or ride bike on Uncompahgre River Trail. If you hike going south on Ceres Park, you'll end up at the River Bottom Park and Montrose Water Park. The park has picnic area, playground, fishing area, water sports, hiking, biking and skateboard park. It has everything for everyone to enjoy.

I have lived in this wonderful community for over 30 years. Montrose is the best place to live. I live here and enjoy everywhere. I hike, bike and ski around the areas. I can go as far as Moab, Aspen, Vail, Crested Butte, Glenwood Springs, Durango, and Breckenridge and be back same day. I have also lived in Ouray area for about 7 years, Ridgway, Silverton, and Telluride are so familiar to me. 1990 I moved in Ouray, Colorado and worked in a hotel and restaurant industry. I was very passionate about my job. Since then I have enjoyed traveling all over the world, stayed in different types of Airbnb's, and met wonderful host. I also enjoyed international cuisines and love to cook. I always desired to have my own Airbnb and become a host. Now I am very fortunate to be your host. My experiences in the industry has given me the expertise on how to become the best host.
