The property is beautiful, and easy to find. Very clean, it is exactly as pictured, and excellent communication from the host. It was a nice quiet location, perfect for a short getaway with the family to relax & unwind. Nearby attractions is a plus, especially if you are traveling with kids. I especially liked the option of the add ons, for early check-in, late check-out, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay at the Partee Bungalow. The house was clean and well stocked. A few questions regarding area attractions were answered within minutes via email. We definitely recommend this place.

Great girls trip

We brought my mom down to celebrate her birthday and our stay was amazing! The house was perfect and we each had plenty of space. We will be back!

The place was perfect. We had the whole family here for Thanksgiving and this house Was for the overflow. It ended up being less than a half mile walk from our other rental. Thanks for opening up your house. Everything was just right. We enjoyed the coffee and games.

The property was clean and very comfortable. I loved the firepit and screened in deck. One of the lamps in the main bedroom didn't work, but that was probably just a burned out bulb. Communication with the host was amazing. My family had a wonderful time, and we would definitely book this property again.

The place was perfect and the pool was awesome. We had a great time and would definitely stay again the only downside was the master bed mattress- it was super lumpy. We just stayed in a different room downstairs. Other than that, it was squeaky clean, fully stocked, and convenient. We had dinner and drinks at Landshark on site- and it was a great time.

The house is lovely, well appointed. Fire pit gas is empty, so we weren't able to use it. The house is all there was for us to enjoy. Absolutely nothing is offered without paying additional fees. We thought we would have access to an indoor pool/hot tub, as family was on a budget, and were not planning to pay for water park passes. We weren't allowed to use the resort pool/hot tub. Nothing offered at this "resort" was free, so the house really just served as a hotel room for our family. Though very nice house, we don't have a reason to return to Margaritaville.
