This is a truly unique property! With almost 3 acres of tropical landscape and great views of the pond and the Gulf. You will be within walking distance of the breathless private beach. You will also enjoy the peace and serenity on your island vacation! The updated home has 5 beds, 4 baths, and sleeps 12. Beautifully appointed interiors with a theater/recreational room with many fun activities such as bikes, kayaks, pool table, foosball, ping pong, and even a jacuzzi right outside your door. Enjoy your time in Placida at our excellent house.

Better than the photos

We spent five days here in late Dec 2024. This was the most well appointed vrbo we have ever stayed. Blankets, pots, utensils, spices, fishing rods, kayaks, propane, everything we needed. Would stay again.

Perfect Vacation House

This house was amazing, and even way better than the beautiful photos. We had two teens that absolutely loved the privacy and fun of the game room on the first floor. The gaming room, the hot tub, the pool, the volleyball court, the basketball court…it was never ending options of fun for ALL of us.We rented a boat and took advantage of some excellent fishing - keeping the boat on the dock when we weren’t using it.The beach is a short walk, or they also provide two bicycles you can take to the beach. They also have beach chairs, umbrellas, it was like everything you could imagine. The house is stunning- the kitchen and dining areas are large for big groups and we shared several dinners together as a group. There are several great “hang out” spots, as well as enough space for anyone to get some alone time.We will definitely book this house again when we are back on beautiful Palm Island.
