Located on Don Pedro Island in the Palm Island string of islands offshore from Placida, Fl,. The house is 5 minutes from the our 7 miles of secluded beaches. You will enjoy what this 4-bedroom house has to offer. The comfy space features 2 king beds and 2 queen beds, perfect for families. The 3 level house has 3 unique living areas. The Upper Deck includes a large Master Bedroom with deck that overlooks Kettle Harbor and sofa and chair. The same floor has a large media room (complete with 100" TV) with a loft bed a sectional that makes into a Queen Bed. The master bathroom, includes a bathtub and shower,Grab a cup of coffee or a heat up a snack from the fridge in the Upper Deck kitchenette. Mid Deck has includes a large kitchen with 48" stove, living room and dining room table that can seat 10 guests. This floor has two bedrooms and one bath plus a screened in porch to provide plenty of room to relax. In the Lower Deck you will find a ocean retreat bedroom and 1/2 bath, Enjoy an outdoor shower near the pool. This space includes a bar, full sized fridge, counter-top oven and lounge area. There are several seating areas in the bar and pool area and both a gas grill and Blackstone griddle for larger meals. The welcoming atmosphere invites you to unwind after a day of exploring. Whether you’re here for a quick getaway or an extended stay, this gorgeous house provides a comfortable and charming retreat. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. Note: Pets will be considered but not guaranteed

Originally from Iowa and South Carolina. We discovered Palm Island about 6 years ago after a long search for the perfect place to retire. Just like you, we rented a place through VRBO and immediately purchased our island house after just 3 days on the island. Deb’s passion is interior design - so what started out as a 1100 Sq foot house from the 80’s is now a 2600 sq ft house, remodeled from top to bottom. Arts passion is boats. When we aren’t on island we are traveling in our RV with our Cavalier King Charles, Saylor
Why they chose this property
I have been told that this island is the only place where old Florida exists. Don’t come here if you’re looking for wild night life but if you love uncrowded beaches, friendly people, wildlife, fishing and boating or just hanging by the pool, this is your place.
What makes this property unique
We lost almost every personal possession with the hurricanes so everything in the house is new. The house many unique spaces that allow visitors to gather or get some time to themselves
