I'm from the north shore of Quebec, along the St. Lawrence River. I am a native french-speaking Quebecer that also speaks English.
Why they chose this property
I love living in the historic section of Quebec (Vieux Quebec), it has so much charm and the neighborhood is very friendly and supportive. It's magical!
What makes this property unique
The house was built in 1752 by french marines and completely renovated in 2014. Louise Penny stayed here in 2009 to do research for her Bury Your Dead novel, and chose it as the setting for one of the characters in the book (Émile Comeau)!
