Beautiful gated community condo on top floor with balcony. Condo is a studio, one bath, birds eye view from living room and kitchen, and beautiful views of the sunrise and mountains. The vaulted ceiling makes it feel open and spacious. Fully furnished including washer and dryer, dish washer, stove/oven, microwave, cookware, utensils and more. Queen size bed and sofa bed if needed. All you need is your personal clothing and toiletries. Balcony storage contains bikes, boogie boards, volleyball. It is located 1.25 miles from the beautiful Huntington Beach city and state beach. Walking distance to Stores for groceries and many restaurants. Covered underground parking space. 13 miles from Disneyland and close to other attractions. Street fair every Tuesday evening. Whether taking a sunset walk along the ocean, trying your hand at surfing, or enjoying the local cuisine, Huntington Beach has so much to offer for recreation and relaxation. We invite you to kick off your shoes & relax, or throw on the sunscreen and have a blast during your stay in Surf City USA.

Amazing experience! Our host was very helpful and communicative during the whole stay. The listing was stocked with everything we needed to stay and take care of the place. The location was great with secure community and parking and close proximity to all essentials as well as the beach within walking distance, which was great especially for special events.

Amazing stay!!

This condo was wonderful. When I walked in the first day it was so clean like I had just walked into a brand new home! EVERYTHING you could ever need was provided there for me- including dishwasher and laundry detergent, toilet paper, cleaning products, paper towels, etc. The neighborhood was very friendly, quiet, and close to the beach. I especially enjoyed riding the (provided) bike to the beach almost everyday, and relaxing in the community hot tub at night. The only issues with the complex while I was there were tire theft (so make sure you get tire locks!) and the guard gate being pretty strict about letting in my visitors. Other than that was a very nice community! Theresa was my main point of contact and was very friendly and responsive. Some of her family also lives in the community and were able to come over to help me when there were some electrical issues- and had it fixed by an electrician the same day! Overall I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great extended stay in Huntington Beach! Thanks Jim and Theresa!

Beautiful and Peaceful Beach Condo

This wonderful condo is located in a beautiful gated community, only 1 1/2 miles from the beach, and a short 20-25 minute walk to the Huntington Beach Main St. restaurants and bars. It's also only a 10 min walk to a large shopping plaza with a grocery store, Wells Fargo Bank and many restaurants. Theresa, the owner, is kind and wonderful to work with, and has provided every kitchen item you can think of. There's even a walk in closet with a front loading washer and dryer. Although it's only a studio apt, it's vaulted ceiling and outdoor patio, viewed through large sliding doors, make it feel much more spacious. We especially enjoyed the wild life in this community. Ducks, geese, humming birds and finches frequent the property. We often fell asleep listening to frogs croaking from the channel below, and woke up to ducks quacking or geese honking as they few by.

Wonderful little beach town studio in a terrific location, barley a mile from the beach and lots to do in the Pacific City Area in HB! Lovely home with every comfort and detail thought of and provided.

We enjoyed our extended stay thoroughly. The location is perfect. A quick walk will bring you to shops and restaurants, to downtown or to the beach. Owners are thoughtful, kind and answer questions immediately. The condo is comes fully loaded, just unpack and enjoy your stay. The decor is so pretty, laundry in the unit, lots of seating indoors and out. Unit is steps away from pool and jacuzzi etc. A lovely spot in a beautiful city.

Fell in love with Huntington Beach and this property long ago. Getting ready to retire from a long career in Nursing. It has been my dream to be able to have a place of my own here and enjoy the serenity and beautiful grounds with waterfalls. At night a walk about the grounds with the lighting is very relaxing. Love to play beach volley ball, and play in the ocean but my biggest passion is snow skiing!

Why they chose this property

Most serene property I have seen. It is quiet community with wonderful people around me. Gated community with pools, spa and exercise room available.
Atriums and lush greenery, waterfalls on the property.

What makes this property unique

Spacious and fully furnished. Near beach, biking, evening get togethers on the beach. Look for the Yoga classes and other. Fire pits in the State beach area.
Large Pier with Ruby's restaurant at the end to enjoy a beautiful sunset while sipping on one of their tasty milk shakes. Morning strolls with coffee, watching the surfers.
Volleyball nets for a great game.
