Furnished, top floor - vaulted ceilings, corner unit with ocean views and included internet/utilities. 2x side-by-side parking spots in gated subterranean lot. Newly furnished for 2023. Enjoy the stunning ocean sunsets on your private balcony. Across the street from the sand - there is a surf break viewable from your balcony to check the swell before heading out. Privately gated community with heated pool, outdoor hot tub, and elevator. You are 6 blocks or 10 minutes walk from the downtown area of Huntington Beach for access to outdoor dining, surf lessons, and bike rentals. There is also secure bicycle parking. The bedroom is away from the street, has a queen bed, and plenty of closet space stocked with hangers. High speed internet over WiFi, cable TV on a flat screen and utilities credit are included. We provide starter toiletries for new tenants, so you really can just show up. The kitchen is stocked with cooking basics. 2 persons maximum. No pets. Great location for active professionals seeking to live at the beach, do remote work, or go on sabbatical. Monthly lease. Long term option.
