The home also includes a half bathroom as well as an additional full guest bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Coin-operated laundry on site.

• This condo is located on the top floor of the building, accessible only by a set of stairs.

• Garage parking available for 1 vehicle. A parking pass is required and will be located in the home upon arrival. Overflow parking is also available.

• A locker is available on the 1st floor for gear storage. The key to the locker can be found inside the condo.

• There are tennis courts, basketball hoop, pickle ball and more available for guest use.
