Lovely stay and property. Eric was very kind and attentive. Incredible views, cute livestock, comfortable accommodations. I was a little worried about staying during such a high temperature season, but the apartment was cool and comfortable the whole time. Close proximity to Estes, Denver, RMNP, Cheyenne, ft Collins, Colorado springs, etc. Couldn't recommend more.

Peaceful Stay in Berthoud

We were very impressed with this space. Quiet, clean, perfect for the 2 of us. We prefer to cook our own food, and this space was perfectly set up for that, we took advantage of the full sized refrigerator, cooktop/oven. and coffee maker. (didn't need the toaster oven nor the microwave, this kitchen is SET UP!) We had no issues, the hosts were very accessible, though we didn't need anything. Loved the personalized code for the door. These hosts have really made it convenient. Looking forward to staying here again!
