You will be close to everything San Diego has to offer in our cozy 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home. Family-friendly fully-gated yard with playset, mini putting green, games and seating area. Crib, changing pad, pack and play, 2 high chairs, child baths and dinnerware. Have a relaxing and fun time with multiple indoor games, large living room and bedroom smart TVs. Fast wifi, separate office space with desk, central heat/AC for comfort, W/D, 2 car driveway, lux bathroom and fully-equipped kitchen.

Family friendly as mentioned, also with child-size plate/bowl/cup/utensils provided. In addition, the "cloud-box" can create nature sounds, white noise or tell stories to your little ones, all while lighting up the room with shapes and colors (instructions in the guest manual in the home). Two kiddos? No problem! - the home has 1 full-size crib, 2 high chairs and 2 pack and plays, complete with additional mattresses for extra comfort and a baby changing pad,. We also provide electrical outlet covers for your use.

Planning to go to the beach? We also have 5 beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, and beach toys for kids

Two separate work spaces if needed (living room and office).

The entire house, fenced front yard and driveway will be for your private use. There is shared outdoor space on one side of and behind the house (very nice long-term tenants live in the back property).

Please note that there is an extra guest fee after the 2nd guest, which will be automatically calculated when you book for the total number of guests. When making your reservation, please ensure the number of guests is accurate. If you need to add extra overnight guests after booking, let us know to adjust the reservation, thank you!
