This adorable home was easy to find and easy to park my Jeep Grand Cherokee after a solo road trip from Oregon. The most important to me was parking, washer/dryer access and location. I was thankful for the use of the washer/dryer units for my 7 day stay. The location was the perfect distance to multiple beaches and to be able to drive and meet up with friends in surrounding towns. I felt safe walking the neighborhood. There are so many places to get coffee, food, and a couple small markets less than a block away. I will definitely come back. The host was kind and helpful. Thanks, Mark, for renting a safe and cute home!

Really cute, clean, great location! Very well stocked with lots of thoughtful extras. It’s on the bottom floor so there is some sound from neighbors above if you’re a light sleeper. Otherwise, great place!

Great stay

The apartment is on the small side, so best for a couple or single traveler. But it's clean and well-equipped, comfortable and convenient for visiting the San Diego area.

Such a great little space. Small, but fantastic attention to detail on renovations. Lovely outdoor space that is a really nice size to hang out and let dogs out. That coffee and breakfast close. We would definitely go back!

Casa Nova

We had a great experience staying at this property. Mark was very attentive & responsive. He offered to get any item/supply dropped off using his Instacart Express membership. Wonderful, quiet neighborhood next to many bars, coffee shops, and restaurants. Would stay again!

Great property in lively location

The property was great for our small party (2 adults + preschooler) and would also be perfect for a couple or maybe one additional small child. Location is within walking distance of lots of restaurants. If not up for eating in after a long day, the backyard is a great place for adults to eat and drink while the kids play. The indoors was efficient and well thought-out, with lots of convenient things like charging stations. Major attractions, like the zoo, are a short drive. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely condo with comfortable bed

This condo fit our needs in every way. The bed was comfortable, it was clean and nicely appointed and it was close to restaurants and coffee shops. We worried that it might be noisy but even though we stayed over a weekend, we heard one burst of laughter at 11pm and that was it. The property manager responded quickly when we had a question.

Lovely place and great location

The apartment was very easy to find thanks to the painted shark. Place was as described and very clean. The backyard was a plus and the picnic table was nice for eating dinner. Owners responded quickly to questions and helpful with things to do and places to eat. The coffee place at the end of the block had lots of yummy food. Location was perfect for everything I did. Freeway was close and stores were nearby. Overall, I loved this place and definitely would recommend. I will come back in the near future.

I had an excellent stay and couldn’t be happier with this home. From the moment I arrived, it was clear how much care and attention the hosts put into the space. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully set up with amenities that truly made the stay comfortable and relaxing. Everything worked perfectly, and the little details really stood out. What impressed me most was how outstanding the hosts were. They were incredibly responsive, proactive, and genuinely kind. Any time I had a question or needed something, they were on top of it immediately and made sure everything was handled smoothly. That level of communication and care makes a huge difference and really elevates the experience.Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and hosts who truly go above and beyond. I would happily stay here again. I was here for 1.5 months and Mark and Connor were both amazing host.
