Very nice home, just as described! Easy check in. Plenty of room for 3 couples. Great to have sand chairs and especially a wagon….its about a 15 -20 minute walk to actual beach. We enjoyed our stay.

This was an amazing house and a great host. The sunset views from the rooftop deck are amazing! This house is close to the beach, the pier and a bunch of great places to eat! Anyone looking for a special place to stay in Oceanside should look no further.

House and location was great! However the amenities need to be stepped up. We had a total of 6 bath towels No extra . 1 pool towel, 1 wine glass. Host said they would send over wine glasses and towels ..towels came late the next day and never got the glasses. Many of the light fixtures and fans did not work. They were hanging from the ceiling and not even attached properly. Attention to detail was lacking big time! Also the floors were filthy! Very disappointing , could have been so much better.

Classy property

The place was great. Lots of space, a nice roof top patio to have a drink on after a long day or work and a very communicative property manager. We will definitely be staying again next year.

Luxurious & Close to Beach!

Our family of adults and teen/pre-teen kids absolutely loved this property. The kitchen, bathrooms, living rooms, and amenities are posh; and you can see and hear the beach from the private balcony on the second floor and especially the rooftop. The rooftop was a favorite hang out spot in the evenings and we got our fill of cooking smores over the fire table.The community is quiet and the Oceanside pier and beach were only a five minute drive away -- you could also walk there if desired. Costco and Vons are conveniently about 10-15 minutes drives away.The host was super communicative, kind, and hospitable.If you choose to enjoy a stay here (do it!) please take care of the provided beach equipment so we can enjoy them when we stay there again!
