I have been coming to the Florida for a number of years now, staying at a number of villas and hotels and must say we had an absolutely amazing stay.From the moment we walked in the property was spacious, clean and felt like a true home away from home. The kitchen is well equipment and the bedrooms spacious with very comfortable beds - perfect for the unwinding at the end of the day.The pool space was beautiful, spacious, and provided some amazing views over the lake which was great to come home to at the end of the day.I couldn’t recommend this villa highly enough, and communication with the hosts during our stay was excellent. We will definitely be back!!

The pool and hot tub were great! We used them a lot! Seeing the turtles and various birds was a nice surprise. The neighborhood was very quiet and made our stay very enjoyable and relaxing. We would stay here again! Thanks for sharing your home!.

Truly enjoyed our time in this beautiful home. Lots of space for our large family group to enjoy time together and apart. Game room was a plus for the kids. Pool loungers were a favorite location for the adults. View was terrific with lots of birds and turtles to watch. Cooking equipment was above expectations!! Bedrooms were a little warm at night, but there were fans to keep things comfortable. Loved our stay.

Plenty of store choices nearby. Publix's minutes away when you need something. Entertainment, dining and Disney nearby. Airport about 35-40 minutes away. The 70" tv died during the week and host had a new 70" installed in less than 24 hours. Our kids and grandkids loved it! Enjoyed our stay!

Walk to the water and they like to visit.

Family vacation

Location was great location to all the theme parks. Host was easy to reach and had all the information readily available upon check in kids loved the game room and pool parents loved the hot tub

Superb close to Disney

Three generations of our family had a wonderful week-long stay in this large house with pool in a quiet neighbourhood. Supermarkets and other conveniences are nearby.

wonderful view

We had a very pleasant stay, the house is identical to the photos. We enjoyed the swimming pool and its wonderful view of the lake. The location is ideal for doing all the parks and practical for shopping.

Spring Getaway

Great property with particularly good views from the rear outdoor pool area over the adjacent lake. Being south facing the the pool.area also enjoys plenty of sunshine. The setup is fairly typical for Floridian rentals of this kind of size, featruing the surround protective lanai, the pool, hot tub, and paved areas for seating. This one also has a covered area for outdoor dining which is useful for the occassional Florida down pour. Internally the accommodation is generally spacious, well presented and comfortable. The house is well equipped with what most people would reasonably.expect.The location is easy to access from Highway 27, and the house itself is well nestled into the estate so traffic noise is not an issue. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Spring Cheer competition

We opted to stay outside of Disney. Our stay was great. Wonderful home, pool, game room, decors and the home had everything we needed. Just a great place to stay and only 1.5 hours to the beach!

Wonderful home!

The home is beautiful and everything a family would need to make their vacation memorable. Cool game room for both kids and adults, beautiful pool and having 4 bathrooms is such a plus for families trying ttheir get out the door for a day of theme parks. Highly recommended!!

Clean and spacious, with a great pool!

The owner and manager were available for any issues. It fit our party well and the kids really enjoyed the pool. It was very relaxing sitting on the Lanai with the view of the pond. I highly recommend this property for your next vacation to the Orlando area.

Spacious and well appointed

Very nice house with all that you need included. Loved the pool and BBQ area. Game room and lake view are awesome. On our last morning we just caught a couple of hot air balloons landing. A very enjoyable stay. Great location close to Disney and only 20 minutes to Orlando Premium Outlets.

Reenergize

Very nice loved the pool and view. We walked throughout the neighborhood every day and every person we met was very friendly. We enjoyed full sun on the pool deck all day, every day to help us reenergize for our return to Wisconsin.

Florida Short Stay

The house was great. We chose no pool heat since the June weather was in the mid 90's every day, however the pool was very chilly. The house was very roomy and the neighborhood was quiet. This was pretty close to the Disney parks, but Universal Studio parks were almost an hour away. Overall we recommend this house for a Florida stay and we had an enjoyable week.
