Probably the most thoughtfully stocked and labeled rental we've ever stayed in! Light switches were labeled, instructions for how to use everything were clear and easy to find. They even thought to have a firest aid kit, a small tool box, and a sewing kit on hand for all those mid-vacation "uh ohs". We loved the house and wish we were in town longer to just relax and enjoy the amenities. The pool and spa were wonderful after long convention days on our feet. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

This house was excellent, had everything we didn’t think about! We paid extra for pool heat and it was great! Took about 35 mins to get to Disney Magic Kingdom because of the traffic. The house was very well kept.

The amenities were wonderful and the themed rooms were spot on! We lacked for nothing. The pool was amazing once the weather started cooperating, we couldn't keep our kids out of it. We wish the grill was a charcoal or gas but we managed on the pellet! The host and property manager were easy to get a hold of. Definitely would recommend! Thank you for a great time

The host was very friendly and communicated with me very well. The stay was wonderful! Not only did we have a private heated pool we also had a place that was decorated so cute! My girls loved the frozen themed room and I enjoyed the Harry Potter one :) It was a great stay close enough to the parks but far enough away to not be in the constant traffic. Loved this place and we will be back asap :)

The property is wonderful, pictures are accurate. The decorations made it very special for our Disney trip and the details from the hosts were very thorough. We stayed during the week and did get surprised by the lawn care and pool care folks arriving and doing work on the mornings but it didn't disrupt our stay. Highly recommend this property!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I must say that with a review that simply says “It was ok” … It’s hard for us to understand what went wrong or how we could have improved your experience. We did reach out a few times during your visit to get feedback but unfortunately didn’t receive any response. With over 176 reviews and an average rating of 10 / 10, we’re proud that most guests truly enjoy their time at the villa… And our goal will continue to always try harder to exceed expectations and provide a stay that’s not just comfortable, but truly memorable.

Perfect place to stay for the parks

The decor was awesome, the house comfortable and wee felt like we lived there. Only downside to the whole experience is the traffic on Interstate 4 (which affected everyone in and around Orlando)
