Really nice 1 bedroom, with extra sleeping area, in downtown Chico. 10 minute walk to downtown. With a king bed, full bed, extra air mattress and large couches. Wifi, laundry, and EV charging available. This unit feature a bar area with two refrigerators, dining area. There is also small living room down stares with large living room upstairs. This includes four smart TV's. Nice private yard with gazebo and barbecue. Guests can enjoy everything Chico has to offer and relax in comfort.
