Our family spent a week at this property and found it to be absolutely perfect for us. The house has a wonderful layout and is decorated beautifully. It had all we needed in the kitchen and the kids absolutely loved the swimming pool. The host was quick to respond anytime we had a question.

Great Stay at Goodnight’s Fantasea

Our family had an amazing extra long weekend stay at North Topsail. The house was just as pictured, beautiful and clean. It was really nice to be on a part of the beach this isn’t overcrowded…very convenient! Erica was very quick to respond to any messages. Everything about our stay was great!

Back to school beach trip

Loved the property. It was perfect for our last big family trip before school starts back. Plenty of room fof every one to have the own space. Love that we didnt feel crowded on the beach and our kids had room to play in the sand.

We are excited to offer our home-away-from-home as a VRBO. We want families to enjoy the comfort and cleanliness of our home while we are unable to be oceanside.

Why they chose this property

North Topsail is a relaxed beach location. There is enough to do without feeling the hustle and bustle of most beach locations. Food is good. People are nice. Traffic is manageable. We have thoroughly enjoyed living here!

What makes this property unique

Our home was built in 2023 and we installed our ocean front pool at the end of summer 2024. Our property has beautiful street side appeal and also boasts a magnificent 2 story deck and a boardwalk straight to the ocean. There are ample areas to catch the beauty of a sunrise or sunset.
