We had an amazing stay. It was very comfortable. The house was fully stocked with everything you’d need (except toilet paper, make sure you have a way of getting extra) The rooftop is amazing and would be wonderful in warmer weather!
Very nice. Plenty of room. Liked the patio and city view.

Check in was easy. We got there for a girls cousin weekend with travelers coming from Arizona, Texas, Colorado, and KC. Many of the outside glass on the windows were shattered. There were dirty towels and wash cloths. The walls were dirty from fingerprints etc, the trim was dirty. The bedding was damp in one of the beds and smelled awful. We ran out of toilet paper. The sofa was stained so we covered it with blankets. The water filter on the fridge needed changed. The upstairs patio was ridiculous. There was an old alcohol syringe in the plants along with many plastic used water bottles. The plants were all dead and mostly weeds. The furniture was so broken and the cushions were moldy and unable to be used. The view was great! We really wanted to sit out there in the evenings. There was an old used piece of soap in the shower and other old used products in the cabinets. Overall it was truly disappointing and I was embarrassed to have been the one to book it because the pictures looked great.
Stayed five nights. Space was very roomy and comfortable. The lookout area on the rooftop was a wonderful addition. The only issue was individuals below the space arrived at midnight and stayed to 3am created noise with load talking and slamming of doors. This occurred on Friday and Saturday night. Needless to say, sleep was hard to come by. Otherwise, I would still rent this space again when in KC.
Great central KCMO location that is a walkable distance to several breweries. From the very cool rooftop terrace you can see much of midtown from the Western Auto sign to the T-Mobile Center. Modern furnishing, kitchen and baths. Easy, free street parking just around the corner (Warning - No Parking zone directly in front of the building. You will be towed if you stay too long.)
The loft was just as the photos promised. It was spacious, and a nicely repurposed & remodeled space with mostly industrial/modern design. The amenities suited our needs well in kichen & bathrooms. With the exception of some ants on kitchen island (very minor), the loft was very clean from top to bottom.Parking around the corner on Holmes Rd. was easy and spaces were always available. We had trouble getting any email from host about check-in/out instructions, but he just sent them via VRBO messages instead. No problem, really.Overall, a great property I would recommend for multiple couples, families with children and/or pets who are attening events near and around downtown KC.
