A very clean and well-appointed property — and conveniently close to the airport. Excellent communication from the host about all the details of our stay. Would definitely recommend this property to others who are heading to Anchorage!
I was really impressed at the size of this place. It fit us all comforatably. It was clean. Communication was great. Overall we would stay again if we were at a conference in Anchorage for the weekend again.
The townhouse was great. Only wish the main bedroom had black out blinds. The neighborhood was a little interesting with the homeless in the park behind the unit and the police dealing with them.
Just what we needed before flying home after camping for a week. Large washer and dryer were very helpful, beds were comfortable, and linens were nice. Not in the best neighborhood, but very close to the airport.
Comfortable home with plenty of room for our family to enjoy time together. We also had room to spread out when each of us needed work, school, or quiet time. We highly recommend. Thank you for making this place available.
Check-in was easy - although a bit tricky to find where to park on back access road with GPS. Everything was really clean. No towels that we could find for kitchen, but besides that house is well stocked. Very spacious! Walkable to restaurants, etc. No early check-in or late check-out without paying a fee.
Property was exactly as advertised. The neighborhood is okay. There was a heavy police presence on the street the day we checked in. We did not encounter any issues. I do recommend bringing a sleep mask if you are visiting in the summer as there are no blackout curtains in the home.
Stayed for one night took the train the next morning to Whittier for cruise. House was comfortable & water pressure good on showers. Cleaners were there till our 4pm check in as the last tenants left it a mess. We were grateful they took the time to really clean it before we were there. Being able to do our laundry there was convenient. You park your car in alley at back of house. Only thing- across street from your car, there were some homeless people at up in tents in the public park.
Stayed here while we explored Anchorage and a day trip to Seward. Easy to get around the city and close to many things. Beds were comfortable. When asked about a fan for the bedroom without a ceiling fan, they brought a brand new one over the next day. If you open the windows you will hear airport and busy road noise. No problems in the neighborhood, just noticed that there are city parks behind the townhome and homeless people sleep there and/or hangout. Was not an issue for us and we would stay here again!
townhouse was OK. Way too many stairs for heavy suitcases.
Drug dealing and bad shenanigans going on in the park right across the street. This house is not good for children or for adults to see this bad behavior going on right outside of this property.

Clean
When coming in at dark, house numbers are hard to read. If you have issues with stairs this might be hard. Bedrooms are all upstairs and the stairs are steep leading up to them especially hard with luggages. Host never responded when i asked for a late check out due to our flight being severely delayed getting into Anchorage. We got in at 1:30 am had to check out by 10:00. The place is clean and close to the airport we appreciated that. Although, not appropriate for somebody who cannot climb STEEP stairs.
The home was not as well appointed as expected. There were 5 adults staying for 3 nights yet only 6 bath towels were provided. We had to do laundry each day which wasn’t a huge deal, we just found it odd. There were no kitchen dish towels or oven mitts which we didn’t learn right away (we were leaving the next day). While the television in the living room was a Smart TV, there were no subscriptions to any channels or other streaming content. In other Vrbo rentals there was always a welcome note with any relevant instructions about the home. There was nothing.
It was a cozy place for sure but we were definitely a bit disappointed as this was categorized as a Premium Host.
