This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located on the top floor (4th) corner overlooking plush green golf courses and one of the largest salt water swimming pools in all of Myrtlewood.

This spectacular golf resorts is centrally located to all the popular attractions such as Ripley’s Museum, Legends, Pirates Voyage, and so much more only 10 minutes in either direction! Broadway On The Beach offers some of the most attractive shopping around with popular dining like Paula Deen’s, Margaritaville, and the Hard Rock Cafe.

Coming with the kiddies? Not a problem. There are loads of fun memorable things to keep them busy like jump houses, go cart racing, water parks, arcades, bungie jumping, and loads of candy shops and ice cream parlors, all within a stones throw away!

Prefer white sandy beaches, deep blue waters and tranquil sunrises? The beach is one mile directly east on 48th street. Easy convenient parking, just bring the chairs and umbrellas and you’ll be enjoying the warm carolina sunshine in just minutes.

Beautiful Condo & Great Location

The condo was beautiful and roomy, and it was in an excellent location close to the beach and many activities. The property manager was very responsive, and we had a great stay!

Memorial Day stay

Property itself was very nice, in a wonderful location! Pool was very nice and easy to access! Condo was very roomy and easy to acccess. Condo on the 4th floor was nice, and easy access with the elevator! Beds themself were not great, very hard and uncomfortable. Listing kind of throws you off, when described as a three bedroom & the third bedroom, doesn’t have an actual bed, but more if a sitting room, with a pullout couch. It was cleaned okay before check in, hair in the shower from previous guest, stained carpets and crumbs on the coffee table and counter top in kitchen. We did love our stay & the host was very easy to get ahold of upon check in. Beach chairs were left in the outside closet as well as beach stuff, which was amazing!
