The location was perfect! The neighborhood is so charming. The space is nice and big. The property manager was responsive. The couch is a bit uncomfortable which made it tricky to spend much time relaxing in the living room…but there is so much to do in the neighborhood that we didn’t spend a lot of time there anyway. We loved our stay!

The place is disgusting. The renter doesn't communicate with you about anything. We waited in the cold of NYC for 3 hours for the key. The owner gave us the wrong code for the key fob. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE OWNER IS GARBAGE.

Location is excellent! Comfortable spot with the essentials. It was nice to have a kitchenette!

Easy walk to Central Park, Amsterdam, Broadway and Lincoln Center, Subway! Great accommodations if you are on the go and need safe and relatively quiet place to stay while surrounded by restaurants and everything you need. I would definitely stay again in this ideally located spot on the upper west side.

Nice space in a great location

Nice 2 bedroom apartment in a great location- a female co-worker and I were traveling for work and felt safe at the property. There were decent places to eat within walking distance. I wouldn't necessarily say this was a "luxury" apartment but it had everything we needed and the communication with the host/property manager was top notch!

Great location for a Manhattan trip. Walking distance to everything you need, including the park and subway. Address is slightly different than the listing, but pictures of the Apt are spot on.

Great location

This property was in a fabulous location. Apartment was very clean and the host was responsive. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioners in the rooms were very appreciated. We would have loved an extra hand towel or dish towel for the kitchen. Unfortunately, we ended up with a plumbing problem on our last day so we were unable to use the bathroom sink or shower which put a slight damper on an otherwise wonderful experience.

We booked an area we wanted to be at. On way to property was called and put in another location. Not safe or what was promised .

NYC trip

Pros- Great location. Was very friendly. Spacious considering NYC. Would go back to property. Cons- Didn’t get the check in information till day of, which was a little stressful. No mat in the bathroom to step out onto. The sheets were also a little dirty.

The property manager we were put in touch with was lovely, and I appreciate her responsiveness. Otherwise, some aspects of the stay were not ideal. We were stopped by other residents of the building on a few occassions and told that the unit was not a legal short-term rental (I have no idea if that is true or not), but it made us feel very uncomfortable. The check-in process was also a bit sub-par; I had asked the host if I could have the address in the morning of check-in so that I could arrange a car service before our flight. I was then called on the flight instead (I obviously didn't get it), and it took a fair amount of back-and-forth before I got the information, which was stressful. When we arrived, we found exactly 2 bath towels and one floor towel (no other hand towels or kitchen towels) for our expensive 3-night stay with a family of 4. When I contacted the property manager, she dropped off more towels the next day, which I appreciated. On our second night there, the carbon monoxide detector went off in the middle of the night -- we couldn't tell if it was an actual alarm or a warning that the batteries were low; either way, it was frustrating to be woken and unsettling sleeping there with our children.

Great location and very clean

Literally located steps from just about everything you need and not far from places you want to see. This two bedroom, one bath apartment has been newly renovated and was very clean. It was on the smallish side but it is NYC after all. Check in/check out was very easy; host always responded quickly. One bedroom had full/queen bed with a good sized closet. The other bedroom had a full/twin bunk bed but no closet or clothing storage; one of my few suggestions would be to add hooks or a dresser. All beds were very comfortable. AC was cold. Good water pressure in shower. Could use a bath mat and hand towel in bathroom. Also, a hand towel in kitchen; and a second set of keys. But none of this hampered our long weekend stay. Would stay here again.

Sweet little apartment in a fantastic location!

The location could not be better! 3 blocks from MTA stop and 1 train that will take your right into Times Square for transfers or all the way to South Ferry station. We used the subway exclusively - no taxies or ride shares - and got everywhere we wanted to be.The apartment worked great for 4, but would be a stretch for more, There are very few steps, so easy access even for those with some mobility issues. Check-in process was a breeze; we did encounter a snafu upon arrival, but Camila & Dave took care of it to our satisfaction on the very same day and it did not affect our stay at all.Practical issues: not dealbreakers but more of a heads up for the management team:- Could seriously use more (any!) hooks to hang items, especially in the long entrance hallway & in bunk room (no closet). - More hangers in the large (only) closet would be very nice, especially for dressier clothing. We had to scramble to hang things.- There was no hand soap in the kitchen, just dish detergent - would be really nice to have that available, detergent isn't gentle for skin.- No kitchen towels, just bathing towels- Bathroom is small, without hooks as well; plan on getting ready in your room :)--- all that said, we loved it and could not have been happier with our stay. Looking forward to returning - we've already booked it again!

The apartment was perfect! Location perfect! It was the coldest week of the year and the lockbox was buried under a foot of snow and they had someone come dig it out and open it for us! 9/10 I hold back the 1 because the welcome instructions say the property manager will contact you 2-3 hours before check in. And that didn’t happen I had to walk 2 blocks with 2 suitcases and bags because they didn’t call and the address wasn’t correct. Really frustrating in 15 degrees but it all worked out
