This brand new home is across the street from the beach and 4 blocks from bustling Flagler Avenue with awesome shops and restaurants. This home is located on a quiet street. Every space is elegantly decorated and gives a sense of luxury combined with a sense of deep relaxation. The private backyard is beautifully landscaped around the heated pool and is an inviting outdoor space to hang out, bbq and relax. This home includes 3 private bedrooms with queen beds and an open den with a pull out and a day bed. The master bedroom ensuite opens up to the upstairs balcony which offers faint sounds of the ocean directly across the street. There is a dedicated space for young children to color, draw and create. This is a perfect high end young family retreat. You and your family deserve the very best New Smyrna Beach can offer.

Our stay was amazing as the owners did a really good job with the house. The decor, layout , amenities and access to the beach made our stay magical. We stayed there for my daughter’s 16th birthday with a few friends as they really enjoyed their time. We would love to stay here again.

This stay was fantastic! The house is located in an amazing location, just across the street from the beach and near local bars and restaurants. House was fully stocked, very clean and had everything we needed. Bonnie was wonderful to work with, and answered all of our questions quickly! We would definitely rent this house again!

This house is amazing! Close proximity to all the great restaurants and Flagler Ave. literally just across the street to beach access and the backyard speaks for itself. We would definitely come back and stay at this property.

Visiting family in the area. This home was beautiful and spacious. It was perfect for young children and the location is wonderful! The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need and are very fast to respond to any questions you have. We will definitely be returning!
