This direct beachfront home offers an open, comfortable setting for spending time together, with sleeping accommodations for up to 11 guests. The main living area features an open floor plan that allows everyone to gather without feeling crowded.

This location offers rare flexibility; walk straight onto the beach, drive on nearby, or stroll to Flagler Avenue without ever needing the car.

Designed with distinctive architectural details and an eclectic, European-inspired coastal aesthetic, the home features custom finishes and thoughtful design throughout, giving it a unique feel that stands apart from typical beachfront rentals.

The fully stocked kitchen opens directly into the main living space, creating an easy flow for cooking, dining, and relaxing together. It features stainless steel appliances and a retro Italian Hallman gas cooktop with electric oven. Large windows and glass French doors span the entire east side of the home, providing expansive ocean views throughout the living area.

Step directly from the back patio onto the beach - just a few steps down to the sand. After time at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower with hot and cold water, then unwind on the spacious patio.

This is the best house in New Smyrna! We have stayed here several times and each time it wows us. What a special place....clean, artistic, cozy, easy access to the beach and to shops and restaurants. Couldn't be better.

This house is amazing! First, our host, Natasja ,was so friendly and attentive! She gets back to you right away when you have questions. The back yard is the ocean. Nice big patio with lots of seating. The front porch is so quaint. Sunrises are beautiful. And plenty of room inside the house. It’s just so beautiful. It’s also walking distance to everything, shops, restaurants, bars etc. we will definitely be back.

Heaven on the Beach!

We had a family reunion here and the house is amazing! Great location, beautiful decorations, 2 full baths and a half bath, and steps (literally) to the ocean! Loved every single minute of our stay!

This place is perfect. Right on the beach, you can’t get any closer. Very clean, well taken care of property. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, plates, bowls etc. Beach chairs and towels as well as plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The host is quick to respond to any questions. Will definitely check availability in the future.

Wonderful oceanfront home

The house is beautifully decorated. The location was perfect. We were there for a wedding. The welcome party was on the beach just a few yards from the house. We were able to walk downtown for bars and restaurants. It was perfect and Natasha was a very accommodating host.

This house was PERFECT for our family of 6, plus our kids’ friends. Beautiful home, fully loaded kitchen- like plenty of utensils, cookware and even a few spices. Tons of bath towels and beach towels too. Literally THE dream view… and at least once- wake up for that sunrise- totally worth it!!!

The home is as beautiful inside as the pictures show. The home was very clean and we were very comfortable with our stay. The ocean is just steps away and the home had beach toys, chairs and boards so that was helpful with our time on the beach. I would recommend the home, very nice!!

Wonderful find in New Smyrna for our stay. The unit was clean, everything worked, good wifi, and location was walkable into town. Would definitely rent again. I recommend this rental without any reservations.

Amazing location remarkable home

This home has the best location and truly embodies the feel of New Smyrna Beach…funky, eclectic, & warm vibes. This home is so magical and comfy. It has every kitchen item you could need plus games galore! It was great to come home after a night in the incredible NSB restaurants to play a game of Uno or cards with our boys. Will miss looking out the back windows seeing the sunrise and dolphins playing in the waves!!

Family Vacation

We had a nice time at the Sandcastle home. Has everything you need for a quick getaway. Flagler ave close enough to walk to but not so close that your in the middle of it all. Home is set on a quiet street.

The location, the ocean/beach views, and the beach house itself were wonderful! Loved that we were able to sit outside or in the kitchen and main living space with a cup of coffee and see the ocean and sunrise! Very clean, comfortable home with cozy beds, well-appointed kitchen, and an enjoyable and beautiful space for our family to hang out in! Also, this home is an easy and pleasant walk to the fun Flagler Ave strip.

Absolutely the best - pictures really don't do this place justice! Clean, great location, and breathtaking view! We're really gonna miss that morning coffee and sunrise. Communication with the host - Natasja, was timely and concise, and she ensured we had everything we needed. Fabulous

Our family visited New Smyrna Beach in April and we were lucky enough to have rented this gem. We were looking for a beach rental without having to go out everyday. This home was the perfect place! With the mix in ages in our group, 9 years old to 86 we stumbled upon a fully furnished home with something to offer for everyone in our group. The home is all on one floor with limited stairs, easy to access showers. Beautiful ocean views and walk out to the beach. Beach chairs, boogie boards, buckets, shovels, and so many available games. And don't get me started on the kitchen! We had a fully furnished kitchen ready to cook in and the appliances are first class.The aesthetic in this home is so curated - everywhere you look is so fun!Do yourself a favor and book it - we will definitely be back.Oh yeah and Natasja is the easiest person to work with, a great experience all around!games and beach supplies
