This gorgeous rental is the ideal retreat for your trip to Reno. We hope you enjoy what our place and Reno has to offer. It worked perfect for our trip for Hot August Nights. It was a clean place. My kids loved the pool in the community. My only complaints are that there was not much for cooking pans or utensils. There were plenty of cups. The swamp cooler is on the same circuit as the microwave so if you run both the breaker trips. Also I noticed the washer and dryer hook ups are hooked up backwards. The tap cold is actually hot and hot is actually cold. Other than that it was a great place to rest our heads for the evenings. The host was very nice and accessible. Will definitely consider for next year

Property was fine and spacious. Communication with the owner is terrible. First, we didn't receive any check in information then we didn't receive any check out information. Amenities are not all there (not enough wash cloths, no body wash/soap in one bathroom). Getting into the property can be difficult unless you want to go to the gate far far away and drive through 10 speed bumps. Exit the property is close and simple though. We would look elsewhere first before coming back here.

The only tiny problem was some trash in the bedroom that had been overlooked by the cleaning crew. Otherwise, it was delightful. Sweet neighborhood, cute little touches. It may have been a double-wide, but it gave me a new appreciation for double-wides. Loved it!

The property was exactly as described. We found it cozy and the neighborhood cute. It's located in a gated community. It's location was perfect for us as we were there for USBC bowling tournament. The national bowling stadium was within a 10 minute drive. Our host, Maria, answered any questions promptly. The only issues we had were the noise In the neighborhood. There was a dog that barked constantly during the daylight hours. Someone was doing project work on Saturday and Sunday morning hammering away at 7am. And then there were also wind chimes outside a neighbors house constantly making noise. It made it nearly impossible to sleep in after having late night bowling tournament times. This was unfortunate and absolutely out of the control of the property manager. This is why we still rated the property as excellent. Hopefully future renters will have better luck with the noise. I would just recommend bringing earplugs or noise canceling earbuds to sleep in case the noise is issue.

Our stay was great.Clean specially bathroom and kitchen. We had our Yorkie with us the outside was completely closed in. The host quickly responded to my questions, super friendly! We’re here every year. I plan to stay again.

It’s a nice three bedroom home. Perfect for a quick stay. We went to Reno for national bowling tournament and getting Ubers was easy and close to most places. It was a nice stay.

Excellent affordable place to stay in a great neighborhood. Close to everything. We enjoyed the stay and would stay here again. My only sugesstion is more kitchen supplies for cooking. We added some mixing bowls tongs, and a pasta strainer to your inventory. Thanks for the wonderful stay.
