The Hideaway cabin is on a beautiful piece of property off the beaten path. The cabin has all the amenities you need! I highly recommend visiting Westby and staying at The Hideaway!
This is our second stay in the wonderful cabin. It's clean, quiet and peaceful, private and conveniently located. Nothing but good vibes and great memories.
Everything was perfect! Cabin was decorated nicely, had everything we needed. The weather was wonderful, got to enjoy sitting on the porch and around the fire pit. Loved the privacy and the closeness to town. One of our best trips.

Was such a charming property. We were made to feel very welcome. I’d like to go back and stay again.
The cabin is very clean and organized and has everything you need. Great location to get to all the best fishing spots around. Carol is great as well and very welcoming! Thank you for a great stay.
Carol was an excellent host and very responsive to questions and needs. We enjoyed our stay here for our girls weekend. The cabin was quiet and private. We liked that it was located in the country and away from city traffic/noise. Carol also had it decorated very nicely for fall both inside and out. We would definately come back again!
A very well kept cabin. Really enjoyed our stay! Very peaceful. Everything you need is there. The outside is maintained real nice. Plenty of wood for a fire in the pit out back. Very secluded area outside of the towns nearby. Carol, the host, was amazing! We would definitely stay here again!
Cute place in a nice secluded location. We couldn’t find the a/c, but weren’t at the place long enough to contact the host. Nice rooms, all items we needed were there. Would stay here again!
You will not be disappointed! The cabin is beautifully done and extremely clean; location is very peaceful; and Carol is an excellent hostess! We loved the covered porch area because we could sit outside even if it rained. Communication was great--prompt answers to our questions with plenty of information about the area. And we loved being welcomed with a jar of homemade maple syrup! If we are ever in the area again, we would stay again in a heartbeat!
This is a very nice cabin to stay in. Everything was clean, up to date and had everything we needed. We stayed during a snowy weekend and the sidewalk and driveway were plowed and shoveled so we could come/go as needed. The owners were great to work with and we enjoyed visiting the local towns. Five Stars from us!
secluded yet very close to town, beautiful, very private, very clean, everything is new,we have been welcomed with vine, snack, water in the fridge, little forest around the cabin is amazing, we were lucky it was snowing little bit but enough to have winter idyll, very warm and cosy, will be back for fishing season. Loved it
Our stay at Westby Hideaway was perfect! We planned a motorcycle trip to the La Crosse area, so this cabin in Westby was a great location away from the inner city traffic. This area is a beautiful place to enjoy the motorcycles. Carol and her husband were more than accommodating to us being on the motorcycles. The cabin was stocked with all the essentials we needed, like shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste, and so much more. All the things we didn't have to worry about packing on the motorcycles. Although we didn't get to use the fire pit like we hoped, it was stocked with firewood and chairs. We saw lots of deer and birds while sitting on the porch in the mornings, enjoying our coffee. We didn't use anything in the kitchen but the coffee maker and cups, but it was all very well stocked if we had cooked. The beds were very comfortable, the cabin was very clean, and the property was very well maintained. Carol was very easy to get ahold of when we did have a question. We ran into Carol and her husband at the local supper club (highly recommend going there for dinner!). We chatted for a few minutes, and they even bought us a round of drinks! Overall, our stay was exactly what we were looking for, and we couldn't say enough nice things about the property and the owners.
