This spacious beautifully REMODELED PENTHOUSE 3 BR 2 BA condo with elevator access and heated community pool is perfectly located in the Vanderbilt Beach Area in North Naples. Stroll 1 mile through a Park to the Gulf of Mexico to enjoy white sand beaches, clear blue water, breathtaking sunsets, happy hour and fine dining at landmarks like the Ritz Carlton, La Playa & Turtle Club. Only 2.8 miles to Mercato with its many dining options, nightlife, boutique shopping, Whole Foods and Silverspot, a Luxury Movie Theater.

Two sets of soft good quality sheets and blankets per bed, plus extra pillows, 4 quality towel sets per person, hairdryers in both bathrooms. Beach cart, 6 beach chairs and towels provided. The living room sectional is very comfortable, cuddle up with soft throws and watch the large flat screen TV! Buildings are freshly painted in a grey/beige color, with matching new tile roofs.

Vanderbilt Villas 2023

We stayed at this property for two months, a few months post hurricane Ian. Our host, Janine, was tremendous. She communicated with us several times before our stay, updating us on the status of the beaches and surrounding area. The unit was very comfortable. It was impeccably clean and well stocked. The kitchen appliances were new and utensils were plentiful. The location in North Naples was convenient to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping, and was a short one mile walk to Vanderbilt Beach. The one minor drawback was the pool area was a little small, and there were limited number of umbrellas and lounge chairs. The beach however was close by and accessible. Our host checked in with us periodically to insure we were satisfied with the accommodations. We would recommend this property without reservation.

Wonderful condo and awesome location!

Wonderful condo and awesome location! We rented the condo for two months. We worked remotely while we were there and the WIFI worked excellent. We never had a problem with the internet connection. The condo was exactly as it was pictured. When we arrived, the condo was very clean and well stocked. We also brought our dog which many rentals in North Naples do not allow. We had to take our dog off the premise but there is a nice neighborhood street at the end of the building which was convenient. The condo is about a 20-minute walk to Vanderbilt beach/Delnor Wiggins State park. It is also close to Barefoot Beach and Lovers Key State Park. When Delnor Wiggins State park is full, there is parking available at Connor Park. You can park at Connor Park all day for $8.00 and it’s a short walk across the bridge. Wonderful restaurants and shopping nearby. Our favorite part of the condo was the lanai. Perfect for morning coffee and evening happy hour. We definitely recommend staying here. Thank you Janine!!

I enjoyed my stay at Vanderbilt Villas. Janine and her brother Bob are excellent landlords. The condo is clean, and very comfortable. I would stay here again.

We were fortunate to have had the opportunity to call this condo unit home for the 2019 winter months. The location is perfect, the owner's most accommodating, and the condo itself exactly as described. We much enjoyed the screened lanai that faces east particularly in the early morning hours! The condo is spacious and comfortable and, as mentioned, in a great location close to Vanderbuilt Beach and away from the hustle and bustle of Tamiami Trail and the traffic. An easy commute to the beaches and activities of Naples. Bonita Beach access is superb! We highly recommend this VRBO listing to all!

A great 21-day stay

My husband & I loved the condo. It was super clean and had all the amenities you could need. The location is superb, because it's only 5 - 10 minutes from everything you could need (including the beach, Turtle Club, LaPlaya, and lots of fun "Happy Hour joints"), and yet it's hidden away from all the busy traffic. The pool was nice and clean and was never too busy. Since the condo is on the 3rd floor it's nice that there's an elevator right there when needed. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We'd love to go back again sometime, it's a little gem!

All agreements with the landlord have been complied with. The apartment was as described, and very clean. The condominium was very quiet, we had a good time. Too bad that you can no longer buy Beach Parking Sticker from the city of Naples, otherwise we would like to come back.

Wonderful Condo!

We needed a last minute place to stay before we moved into our permanent home in Naples. Janine graciously rented her beautiful condo to us for a few weeks until we could move into our house. The condo was immaculate, well appointed and a great location! I highly recommend this condo.

Perfect for a long stay!

This place is fantastic! We stayed 30 nights and from the moment we walked in we felt at home. There is everything you can possibly need in this apartment and everything is high quality! Choice of pillows you don't even have in a 5 star hotel! There are plenty of towels , sheets kitchen tools that you don't have to stress out about doing your laundry all the time! The location is superb , in walking distance to the beach and a 5 minutes drive from groceries and shopping centers! I would highly recommend it to anyone even with kids or a small dog! Thanks Janine for being a wonderful host!

Fantastic Beach Condo!!

My wife, two small children (ages 1,4) and I stayed here for a month and it couldn’t have been better! The property is very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The description and photos are very accurate, so if you like what you see, you’ll love it when you get there. The condo is well stocked with kitchen supplies, beach supplies, and an in-unit washer/dryer. The building is very well-maintained and the pool was great! The screened-in patio is east-facing, allowing for sunrise views but not hot afternoon sun. Location is perfect, as you are right near the beach and shopping. The building is quiet, and I’m pretty sure our kids were the only ones making much noise! Janine was very communicative, and she is certainly one of the best owners we have ever stayed with. She made sure we had everything we needed, and we couldn’t have asked for more. We will definitely stay here next time we come to Naples to visit my Dad, if it is available. Highly recommended!

Great condo in the super location, we loved the size and clean feel of the property. Having a 3rd floor with balcony made it even more special. As we liked cooking our meals we were faced with a challenge of not having a full stocked kitchen and ended purchasing few things ( cooking utensils, kitchen towels, small vine glasses, carving knife ). Condo is furnished with outdoor furniture in living and dinning room ( dinning room chairs not comfortable as they are too low to enjoy your meal) but the bedrooms and bathrooms are roomy, clean and nicely furnished. There is covered car parking for the condo and plenty visitor parking. Wi Fi not up all the time, needed to call few times to have it rebooted. Owner is great to deal with and promised to correct few things in kitchen, which I believe she will do as she is very much willing to make her guests happy.Would stay there again and recommend to our friends.

Family vacation 2015

The condo was very conveniently located to the beach and all the activities that Naples had to offer. Guest parking was right by the building and there were always plenty of parking. The screened lanai was perfect for the morning coffee Janine was very helpful and accommodating. She met us at the condo and showed us all the points of interest in and around Naples. She was always available if we needed her. I would definitely recommend this condo for either short or long term stays.

Beautiful condo, close to everything

We had never been to Naples before, so we weren't sure what to expect from this condo, it's location, or the city itself. But this was more than we expected! It is close to walking paths, the beach, and the state park (which has beach access and easy parking). Janine was great to work with--she was very accommodating and went out of her way to give us information about the area and the condo. The condo is beautiful, clean, and has an awesome, open living area. We had a great trip and would definitely come back.

Great Place to Stay

My husband and I stayed here for a few months while he was working on a job in Naples. This condo was the perfect place for us. The condo is spacious, nicely furnished and had all we needed for our time in Naples. The beds are extremely comfortable, and we enjoyed the pool. Grocery stores, restaurants and shopping are all within a short drive. We enjoyed watching sunrises from the balcony, and walking to the beach in the evenings to see beautiful sunsets. We would definitely recommend staying here.

I fell in love with this area 30 years ago, and have lived happily here since. It's less crowded than South Naples, with beautiful beach parks and great restaurants, shopping and recreational activities all around, and walking/biking paths to everywhere! Once you know Naples, you realize what a great central location Vanderbilt Beach is...located just a few miles from dozens of great places to go and things to do, both to the South and the North. Plus, less than one mile from white sandy beaches!

What makes this property unique

It's the cleanest, best quality condo in the Vanderbilt Beach area for the price. Your comfort is my priority, I tried to think of everything I want in a vacation home and provide it, from the comfortable beds and furniture to the cuddly throws on the sectional! This condo is immaculate...no worries about old smelly, soiled rooms here! Small well trained dog allowed...thoroughly cleaned upon a pets departure.
