Historical family cottage only steps from the beach of Kinney Shores
This single-family cottage it is only steps to the beach and features an enclosed porch. While it was upgraded in 2005 it kept its original historical appeal. The property comes complete with all your needed amenities to make your vacation memorable. There is a BBQ Grill and picnic table to entertain, or just enjoy the ocean sounds. The kitchen also has a porch that is off of it. Along with an outdoor shower to rinse off after those sun-soaked beach days!
3 Bedrooms: 1st floor/#1 - one queen bed; 2nd floor (the rest) #2 - one queen bed, #3 -two twin beds
Linens not provided. You can bring your own or rent thru Bayside Linens .
1 Bathroom: 1st level with shower only. there is an outside “beach shower” to remove sea salt and sand as well
Parking for 3 cars off- street
Occupancy limit: 6
This is a NO pet and NO smoking cottage.
