This property was a great place for our extended family to stay, as the different cottages could house different parts of the family. The houses were clean, and the location was great! It was close to the beaches, restaurants, and salt marsh. We would definitely stay here again!

Weekend with friends

We rented the whole property for a long weekend with 21 people (12 adults and 9 children). It was a great home base to feed everyone before and recover after a day at the beach. The hosts were wonderful to deal with and extremely helpful and attentive when called upon.

The family compound was an absolute dream and a perfect location for our reunion. The location couldn’t be better and the golden hour light on the marsh was so special. The first night was rainy and the main house was plenty of space for us to spend time together as a large group and the rest of the weekend we were spread out between the beach across the street and the generous outdoor area. I would absolutely book again.

This home, with an additional 2 small cottages and a small apartment was perfect for our family of 20.The host, Tracey, was very responsive . Dogs were very welcome but we ended up finding a sitter for all the family dogs. Everything we could possibly need was provided. I would definitely rent this “compound “ again.

Our sibling trip was a great hit! The home had plenty of space e for all of us and the folks who desire morel privacy stayed in the 2 cottages. It wout great! great! Easy beach access and everything was as described.

Property is large allowing a large party to spread out and have their own space. It’s very close to a great beach and restaurants. It’s an older property that could use some renovations but is clean and functional. Property is aLao very pet friendly. Our party would stay again if pricing is reasonable for the area.

Hello my name is Tracey. I look forward to hosting you on you trip to Maine. I have been a vacation rental host for 10 years. Our properties are all along a stretch of north OOB and Pine Point, all within about 2 miles from each other. As a child I spent a week every summer at this beach with my family, and it holds a very special place in my heart. I love that now I play a small part in other families doing the same thing.

There are not many comparable options out there that a large family can vacation together at while enjoying personal space. This property is unique because it can be rented as individual units or as a large family compound. We love that this property enjoys the Scarborough Marsh in the back yard. This property offers space, yard, parking and a relaxing spot for a perfect beach vacation.
