10% off all 7-day bookings..Enjoy the best of Gulf-front vacationing in this beautifully updated 1BR, 1BA condo, with bunk beds in the hall and a comfy sofa sleeper—perfect for up to 6 guests! Located in the heart of Gulf Shores, you’re within walking distance of shopping, dining, and festivals like the Hangout Festival. This low-density complex, with only 32 units, offers a peaceful retreat. Relax by the outdoor pool, use the grilling area, or rinse off at the outdoor shower.



The complex also boasts on-site parking for 2 vehicles. Parking passes are $52, and you will receive an email from VRP Access with a link to your parking pass. Parking prices are decided by the Association and subject to change at any time. Your unit includes a washer and dryer for added convenience. We provide a starter set of the essentials—paper products, shampoo, soap, coffee, and beach chairs/umbrellas—so you can just relax and enjoy your stay! A parking pass is included in the cleaning fee.



All booking fees are included in the quoted price. Sun n Sand requires a separate point of contact form to be filled out, and a separate security deposit of 300 is required 2 days before check-in. This deposit will come across as a hold on your credit card and will be released after you check out, unless there is damage done to the property.

Condo balcony is facing the beach and Gulf, and is in a central location to get to Gulf Shores or Orange Beach. Older condo unit. Perfect for 2 guests, but bathroom is small with no counter space. Hascall necessities from coffee make to beach chairs and umbrellas. Only missing amenity was the hangers for the cluset
