About this property

Spacious 4-bedroom house in Chatham - Walkable to Oyster Bay Pond & Downtown.

Enjoy the wonders of Chatham in our family's summer home. Located a 2 minute walk from Oyster Bay Pond and 8 minutes from downtown Chatham, you can enjoy the town without hoping in your car. The master bedroom (and attached office) and bathroom were completely remodeled in 2024 and there are two other bedrooms on the 2nd floor of the home. Above the garage is a large studio with a king bed, living area and full bathroom, which is perfect for another couple or older children. The main living area has a large kitchen/living-room/dining-room so the whole family can be together no matter what they are doing. There is a library on the first floor that has a queen sized sofa bed if a fifth bedroom is needed. Enjoy meals outside on our back patio which wraps around the side of the home and have morning coffee on the cozy front deck where you can watch the locals walk "The Loop."
