Amazing experience on Pier D Lite! Host was attentive to all questions and could not have had a better time with my Fam. Walking distance from the Stadium, downtown, shopping, etc. We will return!
Fabulous houseboat, very comfortable! We loved our stay there, and you can just walk up the hill and cross the bridge and you're right on Gay St. Plus, houseboats are cool!
Thanks, Robert. Hope you enjoyed your visit and will come back again.

PERFECT STAY!! Visiting for son’s graduation and loved being able to walk to venue. Loved proximity to a few restaurants, bike shop was welcome and used, friendly marina. Host responsive to our questions and easy to work with booking/during stay. Really enjoyer house boat and views of water. So relaxing. Thank you for a memorable stay.
We loved our stay in the boat! Most of a volleyball team and their parents. Imagine, the girls play hard, then they spend their afternoon lounging in the sun and then under the deck roof in the shade on the river!!!!???!!!We loved the space!
Great spot and perfect, fun accommodations for our family! Surprisingly spacious and incredible views from the top deck. Easy to communicate with owner and directions for getting in etc. We will definitely be back!
Our experience on the houseboat was exceptional! The boat is in wonderful shape and made the perfect venue for our family during a University of Tennessee football weekend. We had plenty of space, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. The rooftop party deck was a huge highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. Communication with the owner was outstanding, and you can tell they’re very thoughtful with all the little amenities provided onboard. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and are already looking forward to coming back again!
Over a thousand dollars for one night, and I had to take the sheets and pillowcases off of the bed myself, be my own house keeper, and walk to the car and back multiple times for an inefficient parking pass system. Crazy. If you want to get some steps in and walk for a long time, it might be worth it. We had to walk to the boat to get the pass, back to the car to put it on, and back to the boat to sleep. Then back to the car to get the pass in the morning, back to the boat to return it, then back to the car to drive home all before 10am. The host was cold and direct in their messages. Nothing really happy to say, just wanted to remind me several times to not have a party... I'm an adult spending a ton of money on a stay. It wasn't very welcoming. That being said, the boat was well decorated and comfortable, though I think next time I'll find a better priced option with better service.

Please accept my apologies for any perceived unwelcome tone. Communication is important and if I was overly direct, my apologies. I do ask for guests help to remove sheets so that I can insure all beds that are used are cleaned. If you felt rushed for the 10 am check out, I could have worked with you to arrange a preferred time. Your satisfaction is important to me and your comments are well received so we can improve.
