The Space:

Soft winter light settles over the quiet dead‑end street as you arrive, and the peaceful setting invites you to unwind before you even step inside. Mornings feel unhurried, whether you’re watching steam rise from the hot tub in the cool mountain air or curling up by the electric fireplace. When you’re ready for activity, the game room, indoor entertainment, and private courts give you plenty to enjoy without ever leaving the property. Even after a day of adventure, the outdoor kitchen and fire pit provide a perfect backdrop for evening gatherings.



Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms and a loft accommodate up to twelve guests with two king‑size beds, two queen‑size beds, and twin‑over‑twin trundle beds. Each sleeping area includes a Smart TV, room‑darkening shades, and ample linens. Full bathrooms are conveniently located, with some ensuite access directly from the bedrooms.



Indoor living

The main living room features a sectional sofa, a single chair, an electric fireplace, and a Smart TV for cozy evenings. The game room is stocked with arcade machines, air hockey, darts, a basketball arcade, a bowling‑style arcade, a multi‑cade setup, and a 7‑foot billiards table. A PlayStation 5 in the loft adds another entertainment option. Ceiling fans, indoor heating, and reliable Wi‑Fi keep the space comfortable year‑round.



Outdoor living

A private outdoor pool, heated to 85 °F from March 1 through December 31, offers a refreshing dip; heating is available in January and February for $400 per reservation. The hot tub is accessible at all times, and the fire pit creates a warm gathering spot in cooler weather. An outdoor kitchen with a gas grill and griddle, patio seating, sun loungers, and a private backyard complete the setting. Private basketball and pickleball courts provide active fun for all ages.



Kitchen & dining

The fully stocked kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, and Keurig. A dining table seats the whole group, and the outdoor griddle offers an alternative cooking space when the weather permits.



Family and pet‑friendly touches

A pack‑and‑play, convertible high chair, board games, baby safety gates, and fireplace guards make the home ready for families. Pets are welcome, with a dog crate, bowls, and toys provided. A washer and free dryer, ironing essentials, and extra pillows add convenience for longer stays.
