Welcome to your beachfront haven! The perfect spot for a peaceful escape on Florida’s breathtaking Forgotten Coast, the house offers quiet privacy, stunning ocean views, and modern amenities for families or small groups.

This 3 BR, 2 BA beachfront home offers quiet privacy and stunning views. A sandbar just offshore attracts playful dolphins! The area’s natural beauty is perfect for kayaking, beach combing, and relaxing. A spacious, partially-covered deck overlooks the ocean. Inside, enjoy modern amenities, a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy bedrooms. Savor fresh oysters, crab, and shrimp from local mongers! Ideal for families or small groups, this retreat blends tranquility and nature on the Forgotten Coast.

Guest have full access to the home, private board walk, and secluded public beach in the front of the house. There is ample parking in the front, and a washer / dryer available.

Step down your private boardwalk to a gorgeous beach with a unique sandbar. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys are available to our guests. There is a Weber charcoal grill in the yard for your use.

The spacious deck offers both a covered, screened-in area, as well as an open area with beautiful sea views, star gazing, and al fresco dining. Inside, the open-concept living area is bright and welcoming, with a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals, especially with the area’s famous blue crab, oysters, and gulf shrimp. Excellent local restaurants from seafood to bbq are within easy driving distance.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed for comfort. One bedroom contains a desk for remote workers with a view of the ocean. The king-size bedrooms both feature TVs, too! One ensuite and one main area bathroom offer clean convenience. Wi-Fi and other amenities ensure your stay is as relaxing as it is functional. The main living areas features a smart TV, board games, and books for entertainment.
Smart lock automation at the door makes check in a breeze.

What really stood out was the location and how well the home was cared for. Relaxing Getaway

My partner and I and our two kids stayed for 3 nights, and it was one of the most relaxing vacations we have had. The owners clearly care a lot about their property, as it is well taken care of. I especially appreciated how stocked the kitchen was when it came to cooking, as I love cooking at the beach.

Quiet, beautiful and relaxing

Our first visit to this area in Florida and we loved every minute of it! This is a beautiful property with old Florida charm. Within 20 minutes you have at least 4 restaurants that were all very good. If I ever wanted to buy property in Florida this is where I would be. This area with its marshes, bay, beaches, forest and state parks is the most beautiful part of Florida I have ever visited. Can't wait to go back.

Just what we needed - relaxation and recreation!!

We have been visiting this area of Florida for over 20 years and this house and our hosts checked all the boxes in the best ways. Right on the beach - check. Well-stocked kitchen equipment - check. Screened porch - check. Comfortable beds and pillows - check. Responsive and kind host - check!! Any issues - and there were a few small questions I had - and the hosts were quick and helpful. We did several outings - to Wakulla Springs for the boat tour and lunch. And the aquarium at Gulf Specimen Marine. Lots of opportunities to go on nature hikes in the area! And the beach is just stunning. We saw dolphins! And tons of birds, including osprey. Also don’t forget the night sky! The clarity can’t be beat. Highly recommend for families we have 2 boys and the space was perfect. Three nice-sized bedrooms and two full bathrooms

Nice beach house!

We needed a place to stay for 2 nights on Alligator Point to attend a birthday party. This house was pretty much the best deal we could find in the area. The house was as listed on the website. No surprises. Pros: Perfect location for us. Nice new walkway to the beach and Gulf of Mexico. It has 2 king beds and a double, plus other pull outs. Beds were very comfortable with great pillows. Very clean beach house. Shower had good hot water supply. I texted the property manager with a few questions and he got right back to me quickly. We didn't use all the kitchen appliances but the refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and dishwasher worked fine. Cons: Its a beach house so does have some wear and tear just like any house on the beach. I don't recall seeing the 175 cleaning fee when I booked, possible I missed it. We really had a great stay and no real issues or concerns. Would consider staying again.
