Just 60 steps to the best beach in Isla Verde right next to the Ritz Carlton and just 5 minutes to the airport!
Short walk to bakery, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and much more. Great Puerto Rican food just steps away. Just 15 minutes from the amazing historical city of Old San Juan and wonderful night life and shopping.
This condo has one covered parking space included.
This is a no vaping, smoking, marijuana in the apartment or building and parking lot. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please no loud music or parties in the apartment. Prior to making a reservation If you will not be occupying the property you must disclose in who will be the occupants and their contact information. A $500 refundable security dep is required before occupancy. Will be refunded within 72 hours of vacating the property.
"Our beautiful, fully equipped apartment is located on the 5th floor, with both stairs and elevator access. Please note that because Puerto Rico is an island, temporary power or water interruptions can occasionally occur. Since these regional utility outages are completely beyond our control, we cannot offer refunds or accept responsibility for them. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you in our fully functional space!"

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Parties, events, and unregistered overnight guests are strictly prohibited. Violation may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
There is no marijuana use permitted in the building, parking area or the balconies and no smoking or vaping is allowed in the apartment.
Security camera in common entrance exterior floor is for safety of residents. If disabled, cancellation of reservation may occur without refund.
