Our cozy home is great for families, with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and TVs. One room has a smaller adjacent room with a fan, perfect for kids. Enjoy the balcony with rocking chairs and a ceiling fan. Inside, relax in the spacious living room, dine at the table for 8, and use the well-equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, and essentials like coffee, sugar, oil, and spices.
Everything you need is nearby: food, coffee shops, a supermarket, gym, pharmacies, and a hospital. The SJU airport, Old San Juan, and the Panamerican Pier are a short drive away. Condado's beaches, shopping, and nightlife are 6 minutes away, and La Placita is just 5 minutes. Walmart is only 4 minutes away for your shopping needs.
