Location, location, location! This renovated single-family home is 1 mile from downtown and a few blocks from Slattery Park which includes miles of paved walking and biking trails. There are also many conveniences close by (many walkable) such as Cub Foods, Caribou Coffee, Planet Fitness, liquor stores, restaurants, Caseys, Kwik Trip, and so much more. The home itself was fully renovated in 2022. You will enjoy an open concept kitchen and living room, high speed internet, cable, off street parking, free street parking, free washer and dryer, and the full home all to yourself to stretch out and make yourself at home.

Please note we have made some upgrades since the photos were taken. Once the home is unoccupied, we will update the listing with fresh, new photos to capture those updates! Dining room, chairs for the living room for additional seating, updated bedding, etc..

I rented this place for a friend and her family.Her daughter needed testing at Mayo Clinic. It could not have been more perfect! The location was perfect for their needs. It was a beautiful home that was very clean and had everything they needed. The hosts could not have been nicer, always available with answers for questions my friends had . They got back to them very quickly. When her testing required them to stay an extra night, they were very accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here.

Interior Like New

Completely remodeled interior! I believe we were the 1st group to stay in this renovated property. Brand new appliances throughout. Wonderful new gas range and a fridge w/ icemaker and filtered water! The basement is clean with washer and dryer. New flooring, fresh paint, bathroom remodels, etc. Just a few steps into the house for Mayo patients ease.
