THE SPACE
We put safety first. Each building has a security door to enter the building which requires a door code. A code is required to enter the pool, hot tubs, gym & laundry room. The exterior door of the condo has a Ring camera & keyless door lock for your security.
Enjoy a large bedroom with two queen-size beds and enough room for a designated desk area.
The galley kitchen is stocked with everything necessary to provide the same convenience as your home. It comes equipped with a toaster, microwave, coffee maker, blender, along with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, and cooking utensils.
The living room has plenty of seating, an eating area, and a new queen size sleeper sofa. In the double closet, you will find extra linens for the sofa bed and beach chairs that you are welcome to take down to the beach.
The balcony is large with a step-up area to give better views of the ocean. The bench chest contains beach toys that your little ones can play with while at the beach.

Once you book, you will be given a door code for self-check-in. This allows you to arrive at any time after 4pm and not have the inconvenience of dealing with a desk clerk.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Please put all dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom. Housekeeping will strip the beds.
Wash all dishes.
Place all trash outside the front door.
Turn the AC up to 73.
Place the parking pass on the fridge, $50 fine for missing pass.
Text me at 336-986-5060 when you leave so that I can notify the cleaning company.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
