We had a wonderful time at this condo. Right on the beach with super easy access. A pretty pool to refresh in after the ocean and ample parking. We played pickleball at the property court. The unit could provide better soaps and shampoo, but we gad own own so no big deal.

Wonderful location! We loved being able to walk down the stairs and right out onto the beach. Beautiful balcony view. Lots of helpful beach gear. The host was very responsive and check in was a breeze.

Excellent place to stay right on the beach! Great location with lots to do & eat nearby! The condo was beautiful, clean & very spacious! Bonus, the condo comes with beach gear too! The owner was very nice & communicated well! If I had one complaint it was the king mattress was firmer than I like but that's just preference!

Host kept us informed and were able to check in a couple of hours early. The unit is beautiful and very comfortable and being right on the gulf was perfect. Many beautiful sunsets we could view from our balcony.

Marlene was very accommodating and helpful. Great views from the balcony. Parking was easy, and everything was clean and comfortable. Having beach chairs, umbrellas, and frisbees available for use already in the unit was a wonderful perk. We would definitely stay again!

The condo is exactly as pictured. Great ocean/sunset views, comfortable beds,equipped kitchen. Host was accommodating and responded quickly. She went out of her way to make the place feel like home. We had a great time and look forward to another amazing stay.

Beautiful place

We have stayed at Sea Oats in a different unit that we loved and this one was equal. The ocean view was a must and this unit had it. Plenty of space for the two of us and would have still been perfect for more.

I love Redington Shores and have stayed there many times. The location of Derick & Marlene's apartment is perfect. The apartment has everything you need and then some. The view is spectacular looking directly at the sand and surf. The complex has great amenities and is convenient to great restaurants like Keegan's Seafood Grill & Mason's Famous Lobster Rolls. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location with the most beautiful sunsets to watch every night. We had everything we needed and Marlene made our stay very easy. We got to see a manatee swimming by from the balcony one morning. I even left behind some valuables and her cleaners let her know immediately and called me before we got to the airport. We will most definitely be staying again!!

The kitchen was immaculate and well equipped with every pan you could wish for. For the first time ever in a VRBO rental there were packages of snacks, and a wide variety of coffee and tea available for the Keurig. The unit was easy to find and right on the beach. Our host and hostess were VERY quick to respond to any question we had. Storage space for our belongings was more than adequate, every dresser drawer spotless. We had very few questions but when we did our hosts were quick to respond. We can't say enough good things about unit 401 at Sea Oats. As advertised the deck/balcony/ porch (we called it all 3 names) was roomy enough for 6 people although we limited it to 4- furniture comfy and clean. For those of us with back or knee surgery, there is a regular height and raised height toilet in the unit. Wifi was speedy (5g) which is important in this day and age. We couldn't have been more satisfied and will stay here again if dates are available.
