Walking in for the first time this home is gorgeous. They had all the amenities you would ever need. The view off the balcony as amazing. We were a party of eight and everyone thought it was great. The kitchen was beautifully and so very modern with everything you would need to cook. The home was immaculate!

It is just as beautiful as the pictures! We weren’t outside due to rain but loved the ping pong table. The best was every bedroom had their own en suite & it was perfect for a party of 10. If you are coffee people there is a single kuerig & 14 cup brew coffee maker but bring your own coffee & k cups we did find filters. We were only at the house at night & mornings so it was perfect. Easy to find & a short distance to airport vortex. The host was quick to answer the couple of questions we had. Our only problem was finding the regular tv sports games & we didn’t have access to the apps but it finally worked. But I would highly recommend!

This home exceeded every expectation and was perfect for our family vacation! With nine of us, it accommodated everyone comfortably without ever feeling crowded. The layout offered great spaces to gather as well as quiet areas to relax.The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and truly felt like a home away from home. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was one of the best-equipped we’ve experienced.We especially loved the outdoor spaceβ€”after days of hiking, kayaking, exploring Sedona, and celebrating my husband’s birthday, it was wonderful to unwind in the hot tub and enjoy the peaceful surroundings together.The location was idealβ€”close to restaurants, shopping, and trails, yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts were fantastic, with prompt and friendly communication throughout.This was one of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in, and it made our Sedona trip unforgettable. Our whole family agreedβ€”we would absolutely love to come back and stay here again!

Amazing stay for the family! Views are incredible from every room. The house is decorated impeccably. Ping pong, putting, bags and the hot tub were a huge hit! Sedona is beautiful! We did a 4 seater side by side that I would highly recommend. Got take out pizza from Famous Pizza and Beer - would recommend. Amazing house, would highly recommend! Will be back from longer next time!

We absolutely loved our stay. We had an issue with the outdoor fireplace, it needed gas, and they were at the house super quick. Great service. Walk to hikes. Can’t say enough about it.

Beautiful property and great location! Quiet neighborhood. We were 5 couples and it was perfect for us. Super clean and well stocked. Shampoo, body wash, hand soap, and TP provided. Awesome giant windows in upstairs kitchen/TV room and downstairs TV room that provide great view of red rocks and waterfall, putting green backyard. No sun shades on those giant windows means sun really shines through at sunset. Coverings would be nice. Bedrooms were super clean and beds/pillows very comfy and cozy. Great window coverings in bedrooms if you like to sleep in. Bring your own spices for kitchen and dish soap. Some hangers provided in closet but would recommend you bring more. Property management extremely courteous and responsive. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Sedona!

This house was exactly as advertised and offered both great shared and private spaces. The views were amazing and there wasn't any skimping in the building or furnishing of this home. Location was also very convenient to downtown and the various trails of West Sedona. The house sits directly on Airport Road, so there is some traffic noise when you are sitting in the outdoor spaces. The Wi-Fi signal was poor, but we contacted Porter and they provided us with a different one which worked better. There was no information provided about the house (although everything about the house was fairly self explanatory) or the surrounding area in the unit, and coffee was not provided. Check out instructions were straightforward and emailed the day prior to check out.

This house is beautiful, the finishes, lighting and artwork are first rate, and it was very clean. The location is excellent as you’re close to everything Sedona has to offer. But it wasn’t all good. We were supposed to get in the house at 4, but the code provided didn’t work. Couldn’t reach a human - Stay Porter (rental company) was not reachable. Had to leave voice mails and wait 20 mins. Very annoying. The internet at the house was the worst I’ve ever experienced in 30 years of renting houses. It didn’t work at all for one of the days we were there; and it dropped and was turtle slow otherwise. The thermostats in the house were clearly set to automatically revert to 74 or 75 degrees periodically throughout the day and there was no way to override that. We woke up sweating night after night. In the master bedroom, the thermostat is *directly* above a large vent. So the AC would kick on and the thermostat would register 70 degrees almost immediately and shut off, although the rest of the room was still 75 degrees. ?? Because it was impossible to maintain a constant temperature, we all had difficulty sleeping. Kitchen was lacking so many things, I can’t fit it in this review, but it was a 2 star kitchen in a 5 star house which was frustrating. Had to buy a lot of stuff I shouldn’t have had to buy for the kitchen. Induction cooktop was the absolute worst; everything stuck to the ceramic induction pans like glue, sprayer in kitchen sink was broken, etc.

Super comfortable stay for my family

Brought a group of five together to celebrate my mother-in-law's birthday and the house was great - lots of space, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms - very well set up for our group with space for more! Views and sunsets were awesome!A couple things of note - while extremely convieniently located in Sedona and easy to get to restaurants and shops, it's right along Airport road so there is definitely traffic and noise. Also, while the wifi seems plenty fast it doesn't seem to fully cover the house and there can be some spots where streaming TV buffers. Overall though we'd absolutely come back to stay especially with a larger group that needed space!
