Discover the beauty of South Fork from this superb 5-bedroom house. With 2 king beds, full bed, queen bed, and 3 bunk beds, guests will have plenty of space to relax. The property is one acre and borders the Rio Grande River for guest access. The Rio Grande River boasts gold medal fishing and floating activities. The house is centrally located and close to Restaurants, Rio Grande Golf Club, Wolf Creek Ski Area and we are surrounded by 95% National Forest. ATV's and Snowmobiles are welcome and trails are easy to access. The large living area is connected to the large dining table for family entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped to whip up large family dinners or intimate candlelight celebrations. The outside areas are also ready for family fun. Bring your toys!! The San Juan Mountains are very special and there is so much to explore. Please visit southfork.org and creede.com for a full list of things to do. A vacation to our neck of the woods will not disappoint. We look forward to hosting you in our beautiful home. Please feel free to reach out with any questions you may have.

Spacious, clean and comfortable!

This was a great find for our family! Very comfortable, clean, everything we needed and plenty of spaces to spend time together or tuck away for rest between outings. Host was very communicative and helpful.

We loved staying at this property. Plenty of space for a big family both inside and outside. Would be nice to have additional bathrooms, but understand the house was not built that way.

We enjoyed our stay at the house. The house had all the comforts of home. Trisha was very helpful! She let us go ahead and put our groceries in the fridge when we arrived earlier than check-in time. She also provided some great info on jeep trails and other area info. When we discovered that the propane tanks were empty on the grills, she brought new propane tanks the same day. I would have rated it excellent, but you were required to take your trash and dispose of it (don't want to attract bears). We had a hard time finding a dumpster in the area that was not padlocked.

I am so sorry for the trash inconvenience. In light of the Rainbow grocery not taking trash regularly, we are in the process of figuring out a plan for next summer. :) Thank you for the kind words.
