Bedrooms/Bathrooms: Sleep comfortably in the primary suite with king-sized bed and private bathroom with double vanity. Guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Guest bathroom with tub and shower.

Washer and Dryer on site, soap and detergent included

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring modern appliances and sleek countertops, and all the essentials to make a delicious meal for you and your guests. Dining table seats four and bar countertop seats two.

Will consider potty trained pets. Please contact us regarding pets.

Tenant will be requested to sign standard vacation rental agreement before arrival.

Girls' Golf Trip

My friend and I were there for a golf trip. The house was super clean and all of the check in/out and entry instructions were very easy. We only used the coffee maker and microwave, but the kitchen had everything if we had wanted to cook any meals. The location is perfect for getting anywhere in the Palm Springs area, and super close to El Paseo, with lots of shopping and restaurants! Any questions we had were answered right away. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Property

We love this golf course and resort. It is so beautiful and centrally located. The condo was well-equipped, especially the kitchen - really appreciated all the pans and glassware. Spices, olive oil, basic needs to cook. Lots of towels. It seems like this property was just taken over. The patio could have used some attention. Most of the furniture and cushions were in the garage and the patio and furniture needed a good wipedown. Lots of dirt. Did not see an umbrella. Perhaps whoever cleans this place can take that on. Furniture inside was adequate, some updating needed especially in bedrooms with lamps and linens. It feels old. Smelled old. TV remotes and connecting was confusing.These are just tips for the new owners to elevate this - the view was unbeatable and the communication excellent. We would stay again!
