A beautiful three-bedroom, three-bath home (including separate casita) pool home perfect for your stay in the glorious desert sunshine! This one level gem has high ceilings with ceiling fans and is located in the Rancho Mirage Country Club. Centrally located in a gate-guarded community, the home features a total of 1724 square feet to relax and rejuvenate and entertain your guests with plenty of privacy. It is fully furnished with everything you’ll need for your stay. Enjoy the south-facing views overlooking the golf course and green belt. The fully fenced backyard has a gas grill and your own saltwater pool + hot tub. Walk out the back gate and you are on the golf course. Ask about monthly Golf packages available for guests.

Conveniently located in the beautiful city of Rancho Mirage it is close to all the desert lifestyle has to offer including: fine dining, art museums, hiking, shopping, event venues, and so much more. El Paseo Shopping (12 min), Downtown Palm Springs (20min), I-10 (10 min), Palm Springs International Airport (20 min) and Eisenhower hospital (3 min) are all nearby.

Up to 2 small dogs are allowed with owner approval (message host, $250 additional fee per pet applies). Hosts pay: wireless internet/Spectrum cable TV, garbage & recycling & compost. Hosts also pay gas & electricity capped at $200.00 per month with guests responsible for any overages (due to excessive AC or pool heater use)

Our house was very spacious and met our needs perfectly. The neighborhood was especially welcoming, and we soon found ourselves participating in weekly golf scrambles, bocce tournaments and water exercise classes. Our view of the golf course was so very relaxing. I cook a lot and found the kitchen to have every possible utensil or gadget I could ever need. If this unit is available for the time period you wish, don’t hesitate to snap it up. Best vacation we have ever had.

Christmas at Rancho Mirage

We stayed here for a month over Christmas. Hosts were very accessible even though they were traveling. Home was just as pictures. The neighborhood was lovely. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare any type of meal, large or small. And the hosts had left a tree and ornaments for us in the garage. Fun to put up a tree and get in the spirit.

A desert GEM!

This lovely home is located in the quiet Rancho Mirage Country Club. It is a great central location in the desert. The hosts, Steven and Nancy, are the owners. It was a pleasure to deal with them directly...no third party! Their home is warm and inviting in spirit. The accommodation is comfortable and spacious, perfect for an extended family, with the attached private casita, or for just a couple in the main house. Everything that we could have wished for is provided. Their private salt water pool and spa is refreshing, although there are 4 community pools and spas to use as well. The outside view of the golf course seemed like our own back yard.Thank you for sharing with us. We look forward to returning.

Why they chose this property

There are lots of fine details that make this desert vacation home truly comfortable and enjoyable. For example... The main windows face South, so there is no direct summer sun, but plenty of light in the winter when it's cooler. You can also walk straight out to the Golf course and start playing from the adjacent hole. It's also right in the heart of the Coachella Valley so Palm Springs, Palm Desert, and the festival in Indio are all less than 30 minutes away.
