Serenity at Treetop is a 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home for up to 10 guests in Treetop, a gated neighborhood in Inlet Beach near Seacrest Beach and Rosemary Beach. A 6-seater golf cart for neighborhood use and 4 bikes are included, and the neighborhood has a community pool and a free seasonal beach tram.

The two-story home's open living and dining area connects to the kitchen, which has a gas range, stainless appliances, quartz countertops and a large island with barstool seating. Downstairs, a recreation room with a shuffleboard table and a TV gives everyone room to spread out.

Outside, the covered deck has comfortable seating, an outdoor TV and a ceiling fan, and there is also an upper balcony and a front porch.

There are two Primary Bedrooms, each with a king bed: one downstairs with a Primary Bathroom that has a separate shower and tub, and one upstairs with a Primary Bathroom that has a shower. Also upstairs, Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4 each have a queen bed, and Bedroom 5 is a bunk room with a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The home also has a half bathroom.

BEACH ACCESS
Ten armbands are provided for the Seacrest private beach access across 30A. Treetop also offers a free seasonal beach tram from March 1 to October 31, 2026, with service to Seacrest Beach, the Village of Seacrest Beach and Rosemary Beach.

TRANSPORTATION
A 6-seater golf cart and 4 bikes are included. Golf carts may be used within the neighborhood only, since Seacrest does not permit them on its property and they are not allowed on Highway 98.

Very nice. Room for all 10 of us and some extra. Takes coordination to get to the beach. Once you figure it out it’s a breeze. Just follow the instructions given by the host.

Serenity at Treetop is in the Treetops neighborhood in Inlet Beach, near 30A, and guests have access to the communal (shared) neighborhood pool. Treetops offers a free seasonal beach tram from March 1 to October 31, 2026, running 9am to 5:30pm. Its stops include Seacrest Beach, where armbands are provided and required; the Village of Seacrest Beach, with shops, restaurants and Peddlers 30A bike rentals; and Rosemary Beach, with more shops and restaurants.

The included 6-seat golf cart is for use within the neighborhood only, so during the season the tram is the easy way to get to the beach and the nearby villages without worrying about parking.

High-speed Wi-Fi with a laptop-friendly workspace, keyless self check-in, a 6-seat golf cart for neighborhood use and driveway parking for up to 5 cars are included.
