Popular one bedroom style apartment. Warm wooden floors, full working kitchen, comfortable bedding, large closet, nice bathroom with amenities, towels and well maintained unit.
Apartment 7 is conveniently located at the top of the staircase. The laundry room is down the hall for your convenience. It has good lighting facing west from the bedroom and south from the living space. You can expect to feel relaxed and in a comfortable space.
You will be able to access all shared hallways and laundry. No one can access your space except you.
Dedicated fiber internet per apartment. Apt. 7 is on the second floor. All guests are important to us and we want to assure the comfort and safety of every guest. The shared spaces are thoroughly cleaned regularly and we have a medical grade air cleaner stationed in the main hallway of the first floor to assure all guests experience a clean air-allergy free environment. Apartment 5, 3 and 1 have exterior entrances. Please contact us regarding your needs.

This space is unique because this apartment is in what was a former mansion in the town of Penfield. Originally it sat on 100 acres of farmland. Now we have only one acre, but the yard is very nice and treed like a park.
