This is a beautiful, modern A-frame cottage with privacy, water access and within walking distance of Fenelon Falls. The appliances, furniture and amenities are high end, not what you would expect in a rental property. Everything exceeded our expectations! The owners were friendly and responsive. We particularly loved the barrel sauna, and the fully outfitted gym and games room in the basement. We would definitely come back!

Wonderful Stay

This was our second time staying at this cottage, and we had a lovely time. We had a mix up with the check in time but the host was gracious enough to work it out with us. There’s lots to do in the area, and it’s close to everything in Fenelon Falls. Lots of amenities at the cottage too. I high recommend staying here, truly luxury on the water!

A modern, spacious and comfortable living space. Very well appointed and maintained. Dock and river frontage all excellent for summer outdoor activities.The hosts were quickly responsive to our minor inquiries.We had a family reunion with nine adults and a seven year old. Our particular configuration required one of the adults to sleep on a couch in a sleeping bag. Fortunately, there is a selection of comfortable couches!We would happily return to Riverview Manor in future!

The cottage had everything you could want, hosts left lots of paper products and the kitchen was well stocked. Communication was excellent. Location of cottage was close to Fenelon Falls for anything you may have forgotten. Property was close to neighbours but still very private. Would highly recommend.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE

The Richview manor was an amazing. Evan was incredibly helpful booking to check out. The indoor as well as outdoor space is immaculately kept. The attention to details were meticulous, right down to various electronic charging stations and hair ties for females in the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a hot beverage station! We also enjoyed the board games, and fireplace. Last but not least the lake view is absolutely beautiful. 10/10. Already hoping to have a chance to experience the space in warmer weather! Thank you for an unforgettable couple of days Richview Manor! Evan went above and beyond to make arrangements for decor for a seamless proposal. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone!!
