Great location other than**

I Used the 3rd party valet service that the hotel offered for our 1 night stay and valet attendant stole one of my debit cards out of console and went shoe shopping. Resort should vet the individuals who provide valet to their clients. Resort itself was top notch. Do not recommend using their valet as you would expect.

Dear Mark, I deeply regret this situation with the valet parking staff of the hotel Galé, I sent an email with your review to the hotel manager and I have put in knowledge about this indelicate act with one of our guests, it is really unacceptable, we apologize strongly, it has never happened to us, our guests rarely use the valet parking because it is very expensive, so they prefer to use the public parking a few meters from the hotel. We hope to see you back, thank you very much for letting us know so we can take corrective actions from the Hotel.
