Summary:

Experience Chicago and Pilsen as being in the heart of 18th st. Some of the best food, music and nightlife Chicago has to offer right outside your front door!



The Space:

4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home that can sleep 20 people!



Bedroom #1 - King Bed (sleeps 2)

Bedroom #2 - 2 Queen Beds (sleeps 4)

Bedroom #3 - 2 bunk beds with full mattresses (sleeps 8)

Bedroom #4 - 2 bunk beds with full mattresses (sleeps 8)



These are if everyone doubles up in a bed. 11 separate beds, great for groups. Please no parties or smoking in the unit. We do have neighbors!!!



$250 lockout fee if needed to call a locksmith to let in. If keys at property and lost this charge will apply. If no keys, this will not be applicable unless tampering was made with our digital door lock system

Getting Around:

Uber is plentiful in the city. Can rent a car as well. There is free street parking nearby



Other Things to Note:

$250 lockout fee if needed to call a locksmith to let in/lost keys if they are given out. $500 fine for smoking inside the home or throwing an event or party. These are strictly prohibited.



Interaction with Guests:

Our concierge team is available from 10am–8pm Sunday-Thursday and 10am–12am Friday and Saturday. Messages received outside of these hours will be addressed promptly the following day. We curate a refined, hands-off experience so you can immerse yourself in comfort and relaxation — with attentive support whenever needed.

This condo is massive and well maintained. Home was super clean. Management team was super kind and accommodating. I was in town for a conference with a group of coworkers and this was perfect. Great neighborhood, try Jumping Bean for coffee and lox bagel!

Security and Safety Nightmare -Don't Stay Here

They do not have management on site, and they will not send support when needed. The front door to the building was locked, and we had to wait for residents from other apartments to let us in. We waited in the cold for 20 minutes. The door to the apartment was also unlocked when we arrived and the keypad did not work. We had to search the apartment to make sure noone broke in. When I called the host, they made me send them a video to prove that the keypad wasn't working. Once sent, they still didnt' send anyone. We had to sleep with the door unlocked, and had to leave it unlocked when we went out. They told me there was a spare key in a locked box, but the code did not work. We spent more time trying to trouble shoot this security and safety issue, than we did enjoying the space. They told me they simply would not send anyone to get us a key. Horrible service and a horrible experience.

Hello Alma, We’re sorry you had a frustrating experience, but we’d like to clarify a few things. While we don’t have on-site staff, we do respond quickly and do our best to help remotely. When you said the keypad wasn’t working, we asked for a video to confirm the issue so we could troubleshoot. From what we saw, the code seemed to be entered incorrectly, and the lock wasn’t broken. We also provided a backup key in a lockbox, and we confirmed that the code worked on our end. We understand waiting outside isn’t ideal, but we were here to help if contacted right away.
