Escape to Payne Springs Paradise, your private Lakehouse retreat on Cedar Creek Lake, located just an hour from downtown Dallas. Step inside this welcoming, one-story home and be greeted by breathtaking, panoramic views of the open water through floor-to-ceiling windows. The spacious 3000 sq ft open floor plan is designed for entertaining, with a central living area that brings everyone together. This home is perfect for hosting family getaways, reunions with friends, or any group looking to relax and rejuvenate.

Property Highlights:
5 spacious bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests.
Two master suites with their own en-suite bathrooms. The main master features a luxurious coffee & wine bar and a newly remodeled bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
A dedicated workspace for those needing to stay connected.
A fully equipped kitchen and multiple dining areas for shared meals.

Your Private Outdoor Oasis:
Enjoy over 200 feet of private shoreline on the open water.
Take a dip in your private swimming pool or unwind in the bubbling hot tub.
Host a cookout on the BBQ grill and dine al fresco in one of the two gazebos.
Gather around the fire pit for stories and s'mores under the stars.
Fish or swim from the T-shaped pier, complete with a ladder for easy lake access.

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire 3000 sq ft home and its wonderful amenities. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, living areas, the private swimming pool, hot tub, expansive yard, two gazebos, fire pit, and the T-shaped pier on the lake. The only exception is the garage, which is reserved for owner use and is not accessible to guests.

Pet-Friendly: We are happy to welcome your furry friends. Please provide information about your pet when you book so we can accommodate them.
Lakefront Safety: To provide unobstructed views and direct access to the water, the iron fencing that was previously along the shoreline has been removed. Guests are advised to be mindful of this, especially when traveling with children. The lake front is not fenced.

RELAXATION AT IT'S BEST!

This home was very roomy and the view from the rooms and the deck were so nice. The temps were hot but with all the shade we got from the mature trees over the deck/yard and the cool lake breeze we got every day and all day, we were able to enjoy the indoors and the outdoors equally. Having our morning coffee out on the deck was a very nice way to get our days started. The hosts were very prompt to respond when we had any questions. We highly enjoyed our stay here and hope to visit again one day.
